From the beginning, our focus has been on helping dispensaries, cultivators, and other cannabis operators navigate regulatory complexity, maintain disciplined accounting, and minimize the impact of IRC §280E through strategic, compliant tax planning. In 2021, Aaron Kraft joined founder Tim McElravy as co-owner, and together they have built a firm serving cannabis clients nationwide with a client-first approach.
