Madeline serves as an Account Manager at Valley CFO Inc, where she helps clients stay on top of their monthly accounting and ensures financial records are clear, accurate, and easy to understand. With a Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics and a post-baccalaureate Accounting Certificate from Portland State University, she brings a unique mix of analytical thinking and problem-solving to every engagement.
Her professional background includes hands-on experience in construction and development accounting, which taught her the importance of detail, organization, and reliability in managing complex projects. At Valley CFO, Madeline applies that same mindset to supporting business owners across industries, giving them confidence in their numbers and peace of mind about their finances.
Outside of her professional role, Madeline enjoys reading, sewing, and exploring new wines. She and her husband, Jordan, are proud parents to their daughter, and family time is where she finds her greatest joy.
Justin Chongway
Account Manager
ustin’s role as an Account Manager allows him to work closely with business owners to keep their finances accurate, clear, and actionable. His career began in cost accounting, where from 2012 to 2018 he supported companies in the manufacturing & logistics industries. That experience taught him how financial data drives day-to-day operations and long-term strategy. In 2018, Justin transitioned into tax, combining his operational knowledge with a focus on helping clients minimize liabilities and make informed decisions.
Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Montana State University. His ability to bridge technical accounting with practical business needs makes him a trusted resource for clients who want both precision and perspective in their financial planning. His experience has made him an expert in multiple fields including manufacturing, retail, and the beer and beverage industries.
When he’s not working with clients, Justin enjoys life with his wife, Angelica, and their two children. He’s also an expert bowler, a golf enthusiast, and a loyal Denver Broncos fan.
To Josephine, the client experience is at the heart of everything she does. As Valley CFO’s Office Manager and Sales Development Coordinator, she’s often the first point of contact for new clients—and the friendly voice ensuring communication stays seamless along the way. With a background in graphic design, brand marketing, and customer service, Josephine combines creativity with an approachable, client-first style that makes people feel understood and supported.
She thrives on helping clients feel at ease, managing onboarding, and keeping the firm's operations running smoothly so the team can focus on what matters most: serving business owners.
Outside of work, Josephine channels her creativity into acrylic painting and embroidery, often taking on commissions for custom pieces. She also runs a photography business with her partner, capturing authentic, personal moments for families and individuals.
