Tim McElravy

For Tim, accounting is about more than numbers—it’s about building trust and helping people make clear, confident financial decisions. As the Founder of Valley CFO Inc, Tim has spent more than a decade guiding businesses and individuals with a steady, relationship-first approach. His philosophy is simple: the best accountants don’t just file reports, they give clients the clarity and confidence to move forward.
Tim’s career began in IT, where he developed a love for cloud technology and the way it can transform how businesses operate. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Central Washington University, he brought together his technical background and financial expertise to create a modern, client-centered accounting firm. Today, he focuses on proactive tax strategies, virtual CFO services, and long-term planning that help clients save money and reach their goals.
When he’s not advising clients, Tim enjoys football, playing piano, and snowboarding. At home, he and his wife, Jennifer, stay busy raising four young children who fill life with joy, energy, and adventure.
Aaron Kraft, CPA, MT
Co-Founder, Chief Operations Officer
Aaron is the Co-Founder of Valley CFO Inc and a licensed Certified Public Accountant with a Master’s Degree in Taxation from Portland State University. By the age of 25, Aaron launched Valley CFO alongside Tim McElravy, bringing both technical expertise and entrepreneurial drive to serve business owners nationwide.
Aaron is passionate about using the tax code strategically to help clients limit their tax liability as much as legally possible. He believes accounting should be an investment, not an expense, and approaches each engagement as an opportunity to provide clarity, savings, and long-term value. His ability to pair precision with forward-looking judgment allows him to deliver advice that adapts to an ever-changing tax landscape.
Beyond his professional work, Aaron enjoys movies, DIY projects, and family time with his wife, Rileigh, and their two energetic sons.
